Aspire North is thrilled to announce Megan Seaver as our Affiliate of the Month for September 2021!

Megan Seaver is the branch manager of Transnation Title’s Traverse City location. Megan has lived and worked in Traverse City for the last 6 years and has worked for Transnation Title for 11 years.

Prior to the title industry, Megan worked as a lawyer, market research analyst, and sandwich maker. Megan is married to Chad Seaver, a commercial title examiner who also works for Transnation Title. Together they have two kids, Noelle and Connor, a mischievous puppy named Chewy and a guinea pig named Squeaks.

Megan grew up in Marquette, MI and her hobbies include camping, hiking, mountain biking, and playing the piano. Megan enjoys teaching new REALTORS® and lenders about title insurance, and helping buyers and sellers complete the closing process!

As the Communications and Marketing Director, I oversee all the messaging and the manner in which it's delivered to our members. This includes managing our weekly newsletter, social media presence, the members-only Facebook group, and our MLS Talk listserv. With a background in visual arts, design, photography, and videography, I also help to develop original graphics, advertisements, and photo and video content. If you're at one of our many events and see someone walking around with a camera, that's me! As the unofficial tech guru of the office, I also work with staff to research and implement new technology and/or processes to better serve our members and reach them where they live, something that has become more important since the time of COVID.
