Aspire North REALTORS® Installs New Officers for 2021, Honors 2020 Award Winners

Aspire North REALTORS® held its annual Awards & Installation of Officers Ceremony as a virtual event on Thursday, January 14th, 2021. The event served as the induction ceremony for our 2021 Board President, Secretary-Treasurer, our President-elect for 2022, and our recently elected Directors on the Board. We also recognized our numerous award winners for the year 2020.

The newly elected Board Directors include Heather Hudson from RE/MAX Bayshore and Matt Hodges from EXIT Realty Paramount, who will be serving his second 3-year term on the Board and who was elected by the Board to serve as our President for 2022. Also joining the board this year is Reverse Mentor KJ Sayer from Century 21 Northland and Carolyn Ulstad from Groundwork Center for Resilient Communities, who will serve as our Business Community Representative. We would also like to acknowledge our Past President from 2020, Joni Holly, whose steadfast leadership saw our organization through a very difficult year.

Communications & Marketing Director

As the Communications and Marketing Director, I oversee all the messaging and the manner in which it's delivered to our members. This includes managing our weekly newsletter, social media presence, the members-only Facebook group, and our MLS Talk listserv. With a background in visual arts, design, photography, and videography, I also help to develop original graphics, advertisements, and photo and video content. If you're at one of our many events and see someone walking around with a camera, that's me! As the unofficial tech guru of the office, I also work with staff to research and implement new technology and/or processes to better serve our members and reach them where they live, something that has become more important since the time of COVID.
