Fall Member Shred Day a Success!

A beautiful fall day, a great turnout, and a whole lot of paperwork safely shredded!

Aspire North REALTORS®’ Fall Member Shred Day was a tremendous success! On September 24, members had the opportunity to safely and securely dispose of confidential documents while enjoying a beautiful day here in Northern Michigan.

From 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., eRecycle TC and Profile TC were on-site to help members clear out those stacks of paperwork that had been taking up space in their offices and homes.

A Whole Lot of Paper, Safely Shredded!

The response from our members was fantastic. By the end of the event, we had filled:

5 large shred bins
3 pallets
Approximately 71 boxes of documents
5 bins of electronics

That is a lot of confidential information that has now been securely handled and kept out of the trash!

Events like our Member Shred Day are just one of the ways Aspire North REALTORS® helps provide valuable services and resources to our membership while supporting responsible document disposal and information security.

Perfect Fall Weather

We couldn't have asked for a better day for the event. The sun was shining, the temperatures were comfortable, and the beautiful fall weather made for a perfect afternoon at Aspire North.

It was great to see members stopping by, catching up with one another, and getting a few things checked off their fall cleanup lists!

Heather Sauer

Heather Sauer is the Human Resource Manager for Aspire North Realtors, bringing a strong background in human resources, leadership, and business strategy. She began her career in retail management while earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northwood University, later transitioning into human resources at Target, where she served as an Executive Team Leader of Human Resources. During this time, she earned her MBA from the Northwood University DeVos Graduate School.

After relocating to Traverse City, Michigan, Heather continued her HR career with a Professional Employer Organization (PEO), managing more than 30 client accounts and partnering closely with leadership teams on employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. In the fall of 2023, she expanded her professional experience into business development and entrepreneurship.

In addition to her role at Aspire North Realtors, Heather is also an independent travel agent, helping individuals, families, and groups plan seamless, memorable travel experiences. Her passion for service, organization, and relationship-building carries through both her HR and travel work.
