Staff

As the Communications and Marketing Director, I oversee all the messaging and the manner in which it's delivered to our members.  This includes managing our weekly newsletter, social media presence, the members-only Facebook group, and our MLS Talk listserv.  With a background in visual arts, design, photography, and videography, I also help to develop original graphics, advertisements, and photo and video content.  If you're at one of our many events and see someone walking around with a camera, that's me!  As the unofficial tech guru of the office, I also work with staff to research and implement new technology and/or processes to better serve our members and reach them where they live, something that has become more important since the time of COVID.

At Aspire North REALTORS® taking care of our Members is our #1 Priority.  Think of me as your “Cruise Director”: 

• Welcoming New Members onboard;
• Answering Membership-related questions;
• Developing & delivering creative, fun, and meaningful learning opportunities; and
• Helping Members resolve their real estate-related issues when things don’t go as planned 

As the Government Affairs Director, I work to advocate for the real estate industry through programming that promotes the election of pro-REALTOR® candidates; engage, inform, and activate membership and local government officials on key local and state real estate policies; provide staff support to the REALTOR® Political Action Committee that invests members' voluntary contributions to protect and promote the real estate industry; and support the Aspire North memberships’ involvement in community projects to further grow and strengthen our region.

Most of my day is spent Answering questions via phone or email or contacting Paragon for answers.
Some of my responsibilities include:

• Entering/deleting staff admins.
• Removing REALTORS who are leaving
• Enter MLS Only agents and offices
• Keeping up-to-date on Paragon changes
• Entering new IDX agreements.

As the Financial Officer for Aspire North REALTORS®, I work directly with our members and staff on all of the financial aspects of the Association.  If you have questions about your billing, don’t hesitate to reach out to me.
