It is with the utmost pleasure that we acknowledge our Rookie of the Year for 2021, Nav Dhami with RE/MAX Bayshore. We are so proud to have someone of Nav's character representing Aspire North REALTORS® and the REALTOR® brand at large. We would be hard-pressed to say anything about Nav better than his colleagues at RE/MAX Bayshore / Team Dakoske. Here's what they had to say of Nav:
Nav Dhami is the type of person who will be successful at anything he chooses to do, but the RE/MAX Bayshore / Team Dakoske families are so grateful that he chose real estate. Nav has been licensed since October 2020, and in his first year, he closed 30 transactions and brought in $5.275 million in volume. All of this was accomplished while he also attended Oakland University full time in pursuit of his finance degree and worked a second full-time job managing his family’s three convenience stores in Traverse City, Kingsley, and Northport.
Nav is a true team player on Team Dakoske and his clients have described him as personable, professional, and a dream to work with. Nav is an energetic, enthusiastic, hardworking young man and everyone who meets him loves him instantly!
RE/MAX Bayshore and Team Dakoske are lucky to have an Agent like Nav and we can’t wait to see where his career takes him. We are your biggest cheerleaders, Nav! Congratulations on a truly amazing inaugural year!
We would also like to congratulate our runners-up for Rookie of the Year, who are standouts in the real estate industry in their own right! First is Julie Rapson, who has blossomed in her real estate profession thanks to her exemplary service, genuine care, and her endless pursuit of continued growth and lifelong learning. She has continued to grow in her leadership through the Traverse Connect Leadership Grand Traverse program. And last but not least is Doug Swartz! In addition to being a very active member in the Elk Rapids community, Doug finds the time to serve and be an active member of Aspire North REALTORS®, ACK Board of REALTORS®, and Women’s Council of REALTORS®.
