2020 Political Advocacy Award Winner

Aspire North REALTORS® would like to acknowledge Meagan Luce from Century 21 Northland as our 2020 Political Advocacy Award Winner!

Aspire North REALTORS® held its annual Awards & Installation of Officers Ceremony as a virtual event on Thursday, January 14th, 2021.  One of the many awards given out that evening was our Political Advocacy Award, which was received by Meagan Luce from Century 21 Northland.

Meagan was nominated by her peers for this award because of her passionate and tireless advocacy for REALTOR® issues.  She served on the Association Board of Directors from 2011 to 2015 — including a term as President and two terms as our District Director Representative from 2015 to 2019.  Meagan has gone on to serve on the Michigan REALTORS® Public Policy Committee in 2016 before she joined the RPAC Trustee Committee in 2019, which she now Chairs in 2020.  At a National Level, she served on the RPAC Major Investor Council in 2018.  Despite all this, she remains active in our local association’s RPAC Committee, leading efforts to recruit and renew RPAC Major Investors for the past three years.  You may just have received a call from your asking for your RPAC Major Investment in 2020, and she may be calling you this year very soon!  She also steps up at a local level to advocate for private property rights, most recently as an active member of CHER (Citizens Hosting Elmwood Rentals).

Congratulations Meagan, it's well deserved!
